ELECTION'S APPROACHING

What would come in to your mind when you hear the word “ELECTION”?
As ELECTION comes fast approaching, people are busy yet for their candidacy. Having part of this, the people who running for the candidacy are doing some techniques on how people convinced in there on ways. In this kind of matter how could they deal with all the things partly on Barangay community? Could they manage it properly? We’ll see to it. In by selecting a leader, guess what kind of people they are. Are they capable for the position are they running of? So we’ll see to it. I hope to it that the people, who we are selecting for, are responsible for their candidacy as one of the follower or leader of the Barangay Community.
Some of us are selecting a good leader to manage the people in the Barangay community. Could they give their time and hear the people’s word that could give them a satisfaction and needs for them?
I hope the Election approaching is not a big distraction to the people living peacefully in community. Mostly to the person who’s not interested in vote buying is one of the examples of being a good residence of the Barangay community. Could it be one of us the selected person who is not interested in vote buying? So we’ll see to it.
So, are you the selected person, as I expected to? We’ll see to it!

You know what i sacrificed my own LOVELIFE because of what they really want for me. I've fallen once to my first boyfriend just got 3years and now I've fallen again to my 2nd boyfriend & we broke up just few days, its hard for me to broke up, but i have no choice i have to leave him because my aunt doesn't like him. You know what i love him so much. I was hoping that they will understand me.

Justice

What possible thoughts would come into your mind when you hear the word "JUSTICE"? As I can say about JUSTICE, Justice is open for all who need it. We need justice for the different reasons. In this time we suffer from the different causes and effects that we the one who made it. We already experiencing crimes, hostage, kidnappings and the like. Many innocent people affected and sacrificing their lives for the sake of others. As the years pass by and now I observed, our country are still they same, its really in troubles. And for that, it sad to hear that Justice in the Philippines is unfair to us. We as a poor people our leader of our country are they don't care about us and the fact is they are using there power and money. Like in Maguindanao Massacre the case are still on going and its so long that this case are during on last election, and many innocent people are affected and sacrificing their lives. How come that until now the justice is still unfair...

For you as a reader, Do you think that the justice in the Philippines is unfair? and why?

Justice takes twisting turns in Philippines massacre

An apparent injustice has been reversed—Philippines Justice Secretary Alberto Agra refiled murder charges against two key figures in the November 2009 mass killing of journalists and others in Maguindanao. On April 19, we filed an alert expressing our dismay that Agra had dropped murder charges against Zaldy Ampatuan, former governor of the Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao, and his uncle, Akmad Ampatuan, former mayor of Mamasapano on the southern island of Mindanao. The unilateral call by Agra had overruled the Quezon City Regional Court, which is hearing the Maguindanao massacre case. The charges against four other members of the powerful Ampatuan clan were not dropped.
But today Agra said the Justice Department’s investigations had turned up new evidence to reinstate the charges against the two men. The BBC and other local and foreign media outlets had quoted Agar as saying, “I am now convinced that there is probable cause,” at a press conference.
CPJ wasn’t alone in responding negatively to Agra’s April 19 decision, and we feared the move was a further indicator of just how precarious the case against the alleged perpetrators is. What we said in that blog entry is still true:
It is wrong to believe that just because the Maguindanao killings have been so widely reported that either the provincial or central government in this case will be able to muster the political will and the prosecutorial energy to not only bring the men who pulled the triggers to justice, but also the powerful figures who ordered them to do so.
The Philippines now has the third-worst record in the world of bringing the killers of journalists to justice, behind only Iraq and Somalia, according to CPJ’s 2010 Global Impunity Index. In 2009, it ranked sixth, but the Maguindanao killings drove it up on this year’s list. And until the Maguindanao case is successfully prosecuted, it looks like the country will stay near the top.
